I finally found this after searching through the second season episodes. I trimmed away the excess fat and gladly present the scene in which Rowella gets her foot tickled. I figured I'd tack on the scene where she says "I'd let you indulge in your favorite little fantasy" at the beginning, I like how she says it, lol. The scene itself isn't that spectacular from a tickler's perspective, but man it's awesome to finally see it. Enjoy, everyone.
