this is how i feel about the first article, i feel if some people are tickled untill they recieve a confession, if the torture goes on for so long people may surrender and falsey confess they are guilty. However i guess its good if the guy is really guilty. I personally wouldnt mind being tickled by a sexy cop 🙂
