Tried these a few weeks ago. Their official title is "Fallin' Off The Bone Ribs" and holy crap is that accurate! Good beyond belief and figured I'd share...easy enough for anyone to prepare (believe me, if "I" can do it...you can do it...lol)

Q

Pork Rib Recipe:

Ingredients:
1 package of Country Style Pork Ribs (approx. 6 ribs, serves 2-3)
EXTRA VIRGIN Olive Oil
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Seasoning Salt (I prefer Emeril's Essence)

-

How to Prepare:

Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

Line a regular, rectangular cake pan with heavy duty aluminum foil. Rinse ribs thoroughly under lukewarm water. Lay into pan (fatty side down). Drizzle olive oil onto each rib. Make sure entire top of rib is generously coated by rubbing oil over surface. Season ribs heavily with garlic powder, pepper and seasoning salt. Turn ribs over.

Repeat process. Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil. Cook in 250 degree oven for five hours.

Most of the fat will have melted into the bottom of the pan. The meat will be so tender and juicy that you won't be able to lift it with a fork. Delicious!

Great plain or can be topped with your favorite BBQ sauce!

Heyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy Q~
Thanx so much for sharing this! I'm not much of a meat eater but I'm going to a huge bbq and I was asked to bring "a meat dish"--Now I know what to cook! Woo hooo!😀

XOXO

Oh yeah...

Believe me...you'll be even more popular than usual. This stuff is awesome when cooked like this. Let them garnish it with their choice of sauce (or none) and it'll be a big hit. Have fun and report back!

Q

that sounds sooo yummy, I think I will attempt that hopefully my non existant cooking skills wont make it icky..lol

Re: Oh yeah...

LOL--you're so cute!

Ok then, I'll take your advice. We do make a pretty good sauce 'round here but I can't eat sugar so I'll leave it off for anyone else who wants it without as well. Thanx again & I promise a report back!

XOXO

Q

you hush!!

i did not burn water mister!! Jester is just skinny naturally...lol 😀

$20...

Says she does it perfectly the first time.

Believe me, it's e-a-s-y, and although I haven't actually burned the water, there's a few pans with a scorch mark or 2 on 'em that I notched on my gun. In college we actually thought the things were disposable one time use pieces of equipment...lol.
Q

alright you two...your guys are on..we will see how good/terrible i do and Jester will gain weight..lol

Awesome recipe Q--they LOVED the ribs!!! My friend Cori brought her famous baked beans & bacon and it made a great compliment to them. Of course there was tons of other food there too--we all ate til we were stuffed!

XOXO

Great recipe Q. I used the same ingredients and mixed in the water to hard boil the ribs. Got the same result (happy to report). I have a recipe for a marinade which works best with flank steak if anybody is interested.
