im not sure if this is a pedicure tickling pic but it looks like it could be. any opinions? what do you guys think?

If she was scrubbing then yes, she was holding in laughter. But I could not tell if she was scrubbing.
 
thanks guys. i hope she didnt hurt herself trying to hold in her laughter since it looks like shes trying really really hard if she is.
