I mean really is it? I feel in some ways it is because tickling is fun to do & all but still i feel that you can like it too much. If your like talking about it 24/7 to your friends and thinking about tickling women every chance you Get. Then its too much! that just my two cents on the matter But if your a person LIKE ME that dosen't get to girls that often because your a shy type then liking tickling is all good & safe😉 well Bye Later everyone:bump
