I wasn't offended and if you can find a post where I was, I'll admit it. However, I can find several posts where people were offended by my post and responded angrily to it. The "stick up their ass" comment really applies to them since I haven't shown an ounce of anger unlike some others (yourself included).

Again... I'm not attacking the "tickled every foot" premise. I'm attacking "it never really tickles anyone, anyway".

Arguing that you think foot tickling is effective is fine. However, your first post was attacking the fact that I didn't think a literal interpretation was necessary.

You're trying to weasel out of stupid statement by blaming everyone else for not seeing it was a stupid statement to begin with, and thus, rejecting it without calling you on it.

I never weaseled out of anything. I made a general statement that people took literally and then you said I should have expected it to be taken literally. I said no, I should not have. It's that simple. If people said "I disagree, I have seen tons of people who are ticklish on their feet" then there would be nothing to discuss. To say "did you tickle every foot??" or "you should expect them to take your statement literally" is as immature as you calling my statement "stupid".

#2, You're asserting that in your extensive experience, your research has uncovered the little-known fact (in contention with conventional wisdom) that "people are never really ticklish on their feet too much".

As stated above, I'm an upperbody fan, and in my experience ( I won't bother dropping numbers on you) feet are the place where most people are ticklish, at least to a degree.

I have no problem with you or anyone else making this comment. I just wish it had been made from the beginning instead of taking a topic that was meant to spark interesting discussion and turning it into an immature quote war.

No, it doesn't. It calls attention to the fact that you were using your own limited experience to make a blanket statement, and you got annoyed because people called you on it. And, You're welcome.
