Loss of draft picks- check, first round 2016, third round in 2017
major fine- check, 1 million
lengthy Brady suspension- WUSSIES!!

Actually a four game suspension at the beginning of the season might just handicap them. Coming out of suspension, Brady's first game is against the Colts upgraded defense; may just put them at 1-4. But they play only three teams that made the playoffs after the suspension ends. Going to be interesting to see.

A 4 game suspension is nothing. My opinion ban Brady for a year. Harsh yeah but I have a zero tolerance attitude for cheaters. Everyone keeps trying to say he is better then Montana but Ol Joe would never come close to behavior like this. I never really liked Brady but I lost whatever little respect I had for him after this.

Totally agree Kurchatovium. When I originally posted on Deflategate, I was looking for a year suspension for both Brady and Billicheat. I never been a fan of Brady and definitely not a fan of Billicheat. I have probably had less respect for either of them that you have.

I think the length of suspension came down to two things: one, this is the second major violation after Spygate, and two, Brady was reluctant to cooperate which led many to believe that he was hindering the investigation.

I am currently watching Sportscenter and they are talking with Adam Scheffter and Jeff Saturday. Saturday just commented that overlooked in all of this are the two equipment employees who are most likely fired and their lives are forever altered. A four game suspension, a slap on the wrist compared to what these two gentlemen are now dealing with, at least Brady and Billicheat still have their jobs and are gathering a paycheck.

Appealed down to 2 games, this is no big deal, Qb's are given balls to scuff up, play with, handle, keep, reject well before the game. The NFL should have locked up the balls after the balls were selected.He had no problem with throwing official balls in the second half. This suspension was rather idiotic,
