I heard it, but in its context I think she meant "Dont kid us" or "are you kidding" as a response to the statement that NKOTB said they were vixens. Then the hostess asked if they tried to touch them.

Sound like it to me. But in England "Don't tickle us." could mean "Don't tease us" just like how Fag reffers to a smoke.
