I must admit I really like this question and the way it was presented. Now I'm a lee who doesn't mind leering from time to time and I think for me it's definitely a power high I get when tickling someone especially a guy lol. Of course it has it's sensual appeal too, but that aspect completely depends on who I'm tickling because that wouldn't happen for just anyone.
