Question for producers

For me during filming though I may or may not find the model I'm working with attractive it just becomes a "job," so to speak. I'm worried about reactions, camera angles, lighting, if my heads in the way...etc. So, there really ends up being too much on my mind making sure I produce a good scene for me to become too aroused. LOL! Just my take on things though. 😉

This is something I've been curious about for a while. Assuming that most tickle video producers are fetishists themselves, how do you not have an erection during videos? Do you "take care of yourself" before, or tie it down, or use a cup, or what? Just curious.

99% of the time, I'm concentrating on the lighting, shot, angle, etc. I have to say, I've had it happen maybe 4 times with 4 different models. You never see it in the video, but you could probably tell if you have seen the videos which models "did it" for me. 🙂 I did have one model get so turned on by the tickling that she was literally shaking after the shoot. One other offered to "finish me off" after the shoot. I won't say whether or not it happened.:seesaw:

The couple of times I've worked with professional models, they've had chaperones along. It's pretty difficult to sport a boner when there's another guy around... especially when that guy is usually the model's significant other. In other cases, generally you just keep things professional, and your mind off of such things. After a while it stops being an OMGZORS HOT CHIX HERE scenario and doesn't affect you quite as much.

I was wondering about that...how many of the females actually get turned on by the touch factor and then offer to go a little farther...

peace out,
daddy

Professional models usually don't.

You're probably right on that, but alot of tk videos are shot without professionals and as the above producer stated, it does(did) happen...

Yes, and the fact that it does happen gives all models, photographers and film producers who have some professionalism in them a pretty bad name.

It was a huge concern for me when I started making clips.. it makes everything seem unprofessional. Now it's just business as usual.. I find myself focusing on the business of making clips. For me, knowing the other person intimately is a huge part of the 'turn on'. Tickling strangers is fun, but I think having some sort of relationship (knowing them for more than an hour) is definitely a factor.

I always get the question, "How did you get into this?", which is pretty much "Do you have a tickling fetish?". Being a psych major I take solace in the fact that the answer (for me anyway) is no. In order for something to be a fetish it has to be the only way you can have sexual relations.

Either way.. if you have a member of the opposite sex who is in lingerie or half nude and there is touching/caressing happening.. you'll probably be a little turned on, tickling or not.

ABSOLUTELY!!! Once you cross that line, you may start falling into the "creepo" category amongst models. Definitely need to keep your professionalism if you wish to have any type of success in the field, so to speak.

So far it hasn't been an issue for me 😎

As A Male, You Don't Know Whether To Be Relieved Or Worried....

I've topped in a few spanking and bondage videos, both with other models and wife, and 'it' just doesn't happpen. In the back of my mind, like any actor, I was too busy concentrating on camera angle, positioning, saying the right lines, interacting with the model/actress, etc, and whoever I was 'brutalizing' at the time was doing the same thing. Somehow the process of making the scene look erotic somehow cancels out any eroticism one might be feeling. And since the actresses generally turn up for the shoot in grungy street clothes and no makeup before changing and having their paint applied, there's very little mystique involved.

The fantasy's the finished product, not the work involved to produce it, and since you're there for the latter task, the only fun's afterward when you fondle the shoot fee.

It's a question of professionalism

I've done a fair few fetish shoots, as a model.

There are certain types of shoots I will avoid, namely those where the male producer is doing the topping. I automatically assume in those cases that he is making the films as a method of getting play. Sometimes this isn't the case- but more often than not it is! It's far better for a producer to hire 2+ models to work together, instead of sticking the camera on a tripod and being in the films- this is known as "gonzo" or "POV" and a lot of model sites ban requests for it.

A producer shooting should be more concerned with angles, lighting, sound capture etc. than the erotic aspects of the video, if he cares about creating a good product that people will want to buy. Being in fetish films is about as sexy as doing the laundry for the most part, even for a model like myself who is actually kinky! Most models have no interest in kink, only in the $$ that fetish films bring them. It's extremely rare for the MODELS in fet films to get excited by shooting, with the exception of the sorts of sites that specialize in using real- life couples, for instance, not models, and just let the camera run.

And if by chance he does get a stiffy- he shouldn't mention it to the model, and hope she doesn't notice it! Man with camera+ boner = producers that models will generally find creepy and avoid.

At least 60% of the fet stuff I've done as a bottom, with a male model was with hubby doing the topping, and even that wasn't exciting- we both had trouble keeping a straight face, mostly because of the "scripts" we had to read from! The same was true of the times I had to shoot with someone else, the BF of a producer who is a good friend of ours, because what we were meant to be saying was so ridiculous that it was all we could do to not laugh during takes! If I have to shoot with another guy, I make sure it's someone we know well, to avoid awkwardness.

There was another shoot where the same guy (producer's BF) was running the 2nd camera, and the shoot was running really late. He wasn't needed to run camera for a bit and fell asleep in the lounge chair next to where the filming was taking place! We had to re-shoot because his snoring was audible on camera. Guess he REALLY wasn't turned on by the proceedings!

Because I generally wear pants while shooting, the models don't usually notice my engorged member while I'm tickling them stupid.

😀

Actor's thoughts versus character's thoughts, eh? You mean you don't subscribe to 'the method?' 😉

Maybe you could supply them with binoculars/a microscope to keep them happy.:slapfight:

We should be in NYC sometime in Oct/Nov- hope to see you then.

One of the films she did with him, apart from 'We Are Bondage Gag Sluts In Our Lingerie, Master Lee' (co-starring Vivian Irene Peerce!) featured him playing a burglar who wrapped her in duct tape and cable ties, then cut the interesting bits out to display her bosom and suchlike. It was so erotically realistic that I fell asleep in the next room while it was being filmed. But my God, did it sell!

I've worked with some highly respected household names in the Business, and never once did I meet a single established performer or director who subscribed to the 'Method'.

The most memorable comment on this self-indulgent nonsense was made by a distinguished British director I met while he was directing Peter O'Toole in a Kennedy Center/Broadway bound stage production of 'Uncle Vanya', and with whom I later studied. Condemning the lack of technique in actors 'trained' in the Strassberg/Meisner school of thought, he sniffed, 'Method. An audience isn't going to give a fuck what you're thinking if they can't hear you'.
