Regarding this statement from the recent Catherine Foxx thread, I'm curious, does this also apply to the forum member's who post the real names, addresses, arrest records, dental records, etc., of performers and/or producers in the industry?

I'm not Jeff, but as Admin I figure my answer will count.

If we see someone purposefully revealing personal information about other users that is usable to stalk or harass said user, then we will take direct action against the poster. Meaning an account closure, and possible IP ban. We'll also scrub the personal info as best we can.

We recognize that sometimes this sort of thing happens accidentally, or a partial bit of information is given with the poster thinking it's not an issue. We review each case independently, and then make our calls. We also take into account the offended parties feeling on the matter, if they tell us they don't care the info was leaked, then that goes into the decision pot.
