is this site consider "pornography" by definition? I know it is adult in nature, but I'm curious to know opinons and facts. This includes all sites dealing with feet, tickling fetishes

Well this is just what I think. I wouldn`t consider this pornograghy because there is no sex act ...but that`s just me.

From Dictionary.com

por-nog-ra-phy

1.Sexually explicit pictures, writing, or other material whose primary purpose is to cause sexual arousal.
2.The presentation or production of this material.

from that right thier that i got of off Dictionary.com i would have to say no. Beause i have always though Adult sites at websites that engage in sexual acts with all types of genders (ie: Doggy style etc....) and this site does NOT do thoses sorts of things here. this website does show nudity but not that much at all as most Adult/Porn sites do and have to do for the Good of the buck

so i would say that TickleTheater.com is NOT considered ''pornography''

other material whose primary purpose is to cause sexual arousal.
By this definition you'd probably have to count the Victoria Secret catalog as "pornography".
I think, to paraphrase a bit, that pornography is in the eye of the beholder.

Good paraphrasation Nessonita ( sorry i typed and "a" it sounds Spanish 🙂 ). For me it is more erotic 😀 than pornographic site, even if there are some nude pix etc. Not shocking nonetheless 🙄

Like Nessonite said, it all depends on your perspective. IMHO, some of the media shared here is closer to the border than others, so it also depends on what you happen to see.

Nessonita? I like it. That'll be my name when I am Spanish dancing. 😛
But yeah, I consider it more "erotic" than "sexual".
Pornography I think is designed for someone to look at, get their rocks off, and be done with.
This is an ongoing, developing, growing community of people who just happen to share the same interest.
I'm sure there are hundreds of our membership who come for the pics and videos, get their rocks off, and are done with it. For them the site would be "pornography" even if not in the conventional sense.
For me it isn't like that at all. Heck, for me it's not even "erotic" as I mainly come here for the community and to talk about something that we have in common. And also the myriad of other discussions that crop up. I don't download all that many clips or pictures because mostly they are geared toward the guys which is fine.
Okay...I've gone on a tangent and forgotten the point of my post but hopefully it's in there somewhere. 😛

Actually, by that definition I would have to count the shoe, bra and nightgown sections of the sears catalogue as porn for me from the ages of about 10yrs old up until....ummm last week.

Ask Ben Stiller from the movie "There's something about Mary".

Pretty much, what Nessonite said.

It's funny. Take a picture of a naked person, or naked people. Jerk off to it. It's pornography. Hang it in a museum, and claim to be "admiring the beauty of the human body". Now it's art.

At any rate, the fact that no one under the age of 18 is permitted to enter suggests that either the site or, more likely, some of the content in the site is considered "pornographic", in the legal sense of the term.
