Regular coke uses Sugar, whereas Diet coke uses a chemical called Asbertane. Asbertane is sweeter than sugar, so less of it is required than the sugar in normal coke. Therefore, normal coke cans are heavier, and sink 🙂 .

And for anyone who i've told and has asked to be updated, my grandma is apparently ok. ^_^ I had found out yesterday that she had to go through surgery (she had lung cancer which I found out just yesterday since noone told me before. >_>), though and she says she is still very weak. But she is definately fine. The surgery was successful. I'm so relieved.
