Random user with 2 posts sending PMs

I'm not sure what the rules are on this or if this is even the right subforum (feel free to move this if it's not fit for here) but I received this PM yesterday:

..and I'm just letting the forum know because it seems shady. I didn't click the link for obvious reasons.

Given that I've never posted about wanting to trade clips or anything of that sort, I'm going to assume I am one of many people who were also sent the same PM.

If I'm way off base and this is common practice here, feel free to contact this person and trade clips; I don't care, but I figured I'd let everyone know this is happening.
