Red Heads

I read on another site that people with red hair and freckles, including ginger headed people, have very sensitive skin.

They feel pain and sensation more than others.

Anybody found this to be true.

One girl i remember with flame red hair was extremly ticklish and sensitive, but she was very excitable and had a bubbly personality anyway.

I'am more interested in the therory of do they have more sensitivity than most people, applies to both genders.

At least three of the women I've known (friends and coworkers) who've been relentless ticklers have been pale freckled redheads. If I remember correctly, each of them was also moderately ticklish. Not as ticklish as I was, alas, so the playing field was sharply uneven.

I am a male with red hair. I can say that it is EXTREMELY true for me and every other red head I've ever met. On a side note, some cultures think we're good luck. My mom said people used to stop her and ask to rub my head! :lol
