Related to Tickle Central?

I found a clip in clips4sale.com of "Christina Carter tickles Lani" (originally from Tickle Central) in a different store. Is this store related to Tickle Central? It doesn't look right.

With the regulations that site has, whomever is stealing them( if that is the case) could see some serious fines. Like put-you in-debt-for life, type of fines.
They have a rigid TOS, C4S...

Yes, it doesn't look right, absolutely.
However, the owner of Tickle Central hasn't been seen for quite a long time already, so I doubt anyone will at least report this.

There are a number of C4S stores that pop up stocked with pirated clips from all over. They last until someone pops them with a copyright violation then C4S shuts them down pretty fast. Odds are this is one such case.

Lets hope it has been taken care of. Because that is not right, someone thieving older clips. Not fair to the clip stores who work producing great tickling clips.
