Resizing a picture

All too often, I find myself looking at pictures that are WAY too big for my screen. Some of them are pictures I want to post, but they would make the thread much larger than it needs to be.

Anyone know a way to resize pictures I find online?

I think perhaps IrfanView might help there. Its a freeware program, its mainly a viewer but does have some editing capabilities. 🙂 Link is below. 😀

I use Irfanview for resizing overlarge pictures. It is free and has many more applications that I have found handy before I render photo manipulations.
