Kinda embarrassing. Media enjoys making fun of a man's kinks. What you dont know wont hurt but what you do will.
 
I just watched "Jets Open Mike" on TV and Rex Ryan was bombarded with questions about the video. He kept saying that it was a personal matter and that he wasn't going to comment on it. When asked if it was him he refused comment saying it was personal. Later on he said "it was probably something we shouldn't have done". Oh yeah, it was definitely him...No Doubt
 
wonder how many times he's looked at the Jets Cheerleaders and wonders how ticklish some of the girls could be
 
I just watched the whole video and my opinion is.....really?

This is what or might get people worked up? I say it stays relivent for about......another ten or fifteen minutes or so and then we all move on.

Bad jokes aside I'm surprised people are open enough to talk about this. It's kinda pathetic that front page of ESPN.com is covering it.
 
He was like smirking and during the news conference it looked like he wanted to say something but probably for the organization he just kept his mouth shut. He is a smart guy so he probably knows he is just getting pasted by a bunch of hypocrites... John 8:7... "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone"
 
Does A Good Job?

Here is my take on the whole thing. As long as he is doing a good job & if it is him & his wife in the videos it doesn't matter. He shouldn't get fired or have to talk about in a press conference. No other coaches are talking about there likes & dislikes when it comes to sex or what they like to do with their wives. I hope everything works out for him & his wife.

Watching Mike & Mike on ESPN.....the guys there pretty much feel this ISNT NEWS WORTHY and the only reason they are discussing it is to be a little maturity to the whole thing...bottom line to the guys there is this is a no big deal thing...no laws have been broken..its just something done between a husband and wife to keep things fun in there lives to no big deal.Theyre more embarrassed for the reporter who felt the need to bring it up at a press conference where rex just said its a personal thing between his wife and him and he's not going to get into it...next question...GO REX!

To answer your question, THAT'S A BIG NO it's not relevant! If you or I have a bad day at work should we blame it on the fact that we have a foot/tickling fetish, NO. His fetish is no body's business but his & his wife's. I'm a Philadelphia Eagles fan & I look at what Andy Reid sons did about 5 years ago, & I didn't care it does not have anything to do with football, but the news people kept bringing it up. Now we have Mr. Vick & his dog fighting thing it was very wrong, but again has nothing to do with football keep it out of the football game. I don't care if Tiger Woods cheating on his wife it is not golf news. Your job if good or bad should be based on your job alone. What you do outside that job is your business. I can go on & on, but I look at things like this we need to look in the mirror first before we judge others.

It is a personal matter, actually. But obviously the public loves to hear about the kinky tastes and behavior of anybody famous, which they are in the sports world.
 
Doesn't this upset anyone else? Some radio guys were mentioning this too. That the only reason this is made public is to embarrass and humiliate someone.
I feel like finding the person who started this whole thing and giving them a piece of my mind...
It's like there are no rules anymore and nobody cares about anybody else. 🙁
 
wow! tht is the first time ive heard big sports news from the tmf. i didnt believe it until i put espn on. it is definitely him, he is pretty much owning up to it by not denying it and saying its a personal matter he will nto discuss. if he was smart he would have tried to deny it, but theres no doubt thats his wife and his voice and his fat hands. why the hell wouldlu post htat on the internet? obviously its gonna be a big deal. fher fucking feet arent even nice haha. another reason to hate the scumbag jets GO GIANTS!!!!
 
LBFT definitely has the right idea. That's exactly how I feel about this situation.
@Steve57: denying the fact that it was him in the video would most likely do more harm than the route he took saying that it's a personal matter and won't discuss it. If there's something rex knows how to do is admit when he got beat. This is an issue that shouldn't have even emerged in the first place in my opinion.
 
I was concerned about this when it first came out.

The media likes to paint kinks in a very bad light, like everyone is supposed to have regular sex and that's it.

I am somewhat shocked that most are not making a huge deal over this, and even saying it doesn't matter.

It sort of makes it less embarrassing to be up front about this kink (i prefer the word "kink" over "fetish"....sounds better). People don't seem to care as much as I would have thought which give me confidence in being honest with myself and my foot/tickling kink.

Everyone has their different likes and dislikes, and it's nice to see that no one is judging him for the video, but more defending him for his privacy.

I like it a lot and hope this continues
 
actually i think skip bayless is a tmf member he was defend ryan pretty good today and he never does that......welcome aboard skip
 
I read an article in newsday today about it. What made me happy is the players comments. Most said its not a big deal, What he does with his wife is his business, "Its his wife, its not adultery."or we are a family, it doesn't matter. Some are comparing it to tiger woods. I'm glad the player are behind him and supportive. Lets go jets.
 
You know the only stupid Rex did was put this video on the internet because if it was something that he filmed then he should be the only one able to upload it on the internent. And even if he absolutely had to upload this he could've at least blured out his wife's face and distorted his own voice
