There is a game from atlus and sting called Riviera the Promise Land. This game is not well known but it involve a fallen angel joined with four girls to save Riviera. During the game you can obtain either a harpy feather or orange feather that can be used to tickle each other in battle.
I'll show you a few pics I found around. From the youngest the green hair girl Fia, then the yellow pigtail Lina, then the blue hair with wing Serene, and finally the oldest red hair Cierra.
