I just got back online and I seen that downtown Atlanta got hit hard by a tornado...Hopefully, Robace missed it!

Thanks for the concern Sam...I'm fine.
I just got back from Atlanta a few minutes ago.
I live in Athens, GA about 45 miles east of Atlanta but my parents and sister live around Atlanta itself.
I dropped my little ones with their favorite babysitter and drove to Atlanta to help my dad remove a tree or three and fix a broken window...didn't take us too long. Ill have to go back sometime tomorrow to help a little more but wanted to make my mom feel better by getting some stuff done ASAP. My sisters and her husbands place does not really have trees and such around it so they had no damage and they were away from the worse areas.
I had a few friends at the basketball tonight...(I was going to go but decided not too...) and they all called me also.
Scary as hell for Atlanta...
But I am doing fine...thanks for the thread Sam.

Weather not so great today either.
We actually had "The Siren" go off near my house today.
There was a funnel cloud spotted (I actually saw it in the distance) but it did not touch down around me, a county or so down it did doing some damage.

But all is okay right now.

But some more nasty weather is expected tonight.

Great to hear that your doing good Robace and that there wasn't anyone hurt or major damage . I am thankful that my friends in Atlanta and surrounding areas that they are safe as I was very concerned.
