What do you think of the new Hoover Dam bypass bridge they are building?

I lived in Vegas for the better part of a year...and crossed Hoover Dam quite frequently to go into AZ.

Strangely, I never had an issue with the layout, so I'm quite indifferent to the bypass.

If it does benefit the NV/AZ border, I guess I'm all for it.
