Sailor Moon (Usagi, Bunny, Serena, whatever you choose to call her when she's not in costume) has always been one of my personal favorite targets for tickle attention! Her guileless, goofy charm is set off to great effect when she's laughing! Very nicely captured! A tickler is indeed all that's needed for completion! The ideal antagonist for her may well be Chibiusa (Rini, whatever), as the two are naturally antagonistic. The youngster might be a hair too young for this forum, though. A good cross-franchise opponent could be the Dragonquest anteater. He's proved himself a potent persuader, and I'm partial to tongues!
