every movie, show and cartoon would be vastly improved if tickling were shown!
but if we must be selective: i thought that a good tickling scene could have been scripted into Pretty Woman. so many people could have been able to tickle julia roberts. she's always showing off her feet.
i think Friends would be a great show that could easily have tickling scenes in it. constantly. so many girls, so little time.

Fleischer Brothers Popeye
Two of my fondest mainstream memories were the 1930's Popeye cartoons "Bridge Ahoy" and "Shiver Me Timbers". Two of my big dissappointments as a kid were two "misses" in Popeye.
First, in "King of the Mardi Gras", Bluto, competing for the crowd's attention with Popeye, does the 'saw the woman in half" trick on a fretting unwilling Olive Oyl - the crowds initial cheers turn to derisive laughter when he sperates the two halves and her boots fall to the ground and she reveals that she's pulled her bare feet out and tucked them up in the top half of the box. I always though it would be great if Bluto would have slapped her back in the box BAREFOOT and started sawing again, only to be interupted by Olive's raucous laughter - seemingly in contrast to be sawn in half. As an explanation, a mischeivous Popeye - or perhaps a woman from the crowd - would be at the other end of the box (unknown to Bluto or Olive) - amusing themselves by tickling Olive's helpless bare soles.
Second, in "Poopdeck Pappy", Popeye's father sneaks out for a night on the town, dancing with a little brunette, who he spins by her ankles until he hears a crash and find's himself holding a pair of empty shoes and stockings - the girl has flown clean out of her shoes and landed in the based drum of the band, a dazed look on her face and her bare feet flexing until she notices she is barefoot and is startled. The girl's boyfriend then want's to pummel Pappy - I'd always though a good way to show the girl was unharmed would have been to vigorously tickle her conveniently displayed bare soles!

Any television show or movie that portrays women should have them touching each other. It's just how girls communicate. They hold hands. They dance with each other. They kiss and hug. They tickle.

), I think ALL television shows/movies about girls and women should have tickling scenes. Women communicate through touch. Tickling's the coolest form of touch, especially if I'm watching.
Having said that, I hope the writers of the next Olsen Twins project are working on a tickle fight scene. Even better, how about MARY KATE & ASHLEY GO TO COLONIAL WILLIAMSBURG - where their girlfriends trick the Olsens into the leg stocks and tickle their feet?

Even though there was a tickle scene in this movie "Some Like It Hot", there could have been another big time multi girl barefoot tickle scene. When Tony Curtis is walking down the isle of the berthing section of the train....out of all of the compartments, girls bare feet were sticking out all over the place. What a tickle fest HE could have had(and maybe did off film)!
There are probably dozens of other movies if not hundreds.

Speaking of "some like it hot" that reminds me of my ultimate wasted scene. In Clueless when Alicia Silverstone and her boufriend (who she later finds out is gay) are watching movies in bed. She tries to get his attention by rubbing her bare feet up and down his leg. When he looks at her she says "my feet are cold". And all this guy does is put a pillow on top of them and asks "better?"

There was a movie called the 4 Muskateers that had a sene with the stunning Roquel Weltch, were she is standing against a wall with her arms chained above her head. If that isn't a waisted aprotunity I don't know what is. As for TV how about every time Lynda Carter was tied up in an epasode of Wonder Woman ?

How about the movie The Running man? There is the scene where Arnie comes back into his apartment and ties Maria Conchito Alanso on that exersise machine It wouldv'e been a great oppurtunity to tickle her nylon clad feet

I wish the Old TV show named "Chips" had tickling scenes with that hunk Erik estrada..YYUMMMMM..would be a delight to see someone tickle Erik's sides,ribs while he is on his motorcycle or off 😉 Never showed him barefoot and I imagine his feet being insanely soft,smooth and just a light touch on his soles sending him into orbit 😉LOL..

'Friends' would make a perfect background for lots of tickling scenes. I remember one episode (I think it was the one with Jean-Claude Van Damme) where Monica and Rachel had a catfight. Rachel is lying on the floor. Monica grabs her foot, pulls off her sock and hit her with it - what a chance
And there's that episode where rachel has to take eyedrops but she doesn't want to. So again there's a little fight between her and Monica - in the end Monica sits on her pinnig her arms to the ground.... And at the end of the same episode the whole gang does the same thing Monica did before - this scene screams for a good ole tickle....

hey all,
it's no doubt, that Baywatch missed a few extremely opportune moments to get in some good foot/ other tickles. i mean come on, the show was basically a bunch of extremely hot women running around in tight bathing suits and barefoot.
i do remember one instance that really stuck out in my mind though. it was in one of the later episodes, after Carmen Electra became a member of the cast. anywho, she hurts her ankle somehow, i don't really remember (i saw this a long time ago). anyway, one of the male lifeguards, that younger blonde guy, i think his name was cody? anyway back to the point, they were both sitting on a bench outside of the lifegaurd headquarters or whatever. he was sitting upright in normal fashion, carmen however was sitting sideways on the bench with her legs across his lap and her baresoles facing straight into the camera. i mean he was sitting there just talking calmly to her wrapping her ankles touching her feet, and did not even make one attempt to dig into her hyper-ticklish soles, not even one quick stroke i couldn't believe it, especially since, as anyone who has seen the Howard Stern clip knows that Carmen Electra has some of the most feet in show business. i often wonder if they had to do a lot of retakes of this seen because of that fact.
i suppose i will never know 🙁 oh well

although there was a tickle scene in it before, but "Married with Children" had plenty of opportunities for tickling. Al Buundy is a shoe salesman, so there are plenty of opportunities. there were tickling mentions and a tickle scene, but there should have been more. with all the beautiful women who appeared on that show, Al should have been a great tickler.
another show was Xena, Warrior princess. how badly did you want to see Xena or Gabrielle tickle tortured? i watched that show hoping that there was a foot scene, but also a tickle scene.

Movies that could've easily included a tickle scene were "9 1/2 Weeks," and "the Secretary." I'm also surprised that the TV show "Friends," in its 10th season, has had practically no tickle scenes nor mentions of tickling among the three female leads. You would think that at least Lisa Kudrow's character would get tickled. The opportunity will be lost before long.

Six days,seven nights with harrison ford could have had some tickling too 😉..That one day he got drunk,passed out and the lady just retrieves the torch to signal a plane??.hhehehe I was dying to see some tickle footage hehehehhe with Harrison all vulnerable like that!.

I forgot about "What Lies Beneath." Near the end of the movie, Michelle Pfeiffer was drugged so she couldn't move then the camera kept showing close-ups of her bare feet. That scene was just screaming for some tickling, somehow, some way.

"Friends" came SOOOOOO close to having a tickle scene. In an episode from who knows what season (I don't follow the show), Courtney Cox and Jennifer Anniston got into an argument that led to some light slapping and pushing. Eventually Jennifer gets knocked over, Courtney grabs her foot, her sock comes off..... 
.....and she HITS her with the sock!

March of the Wooden Soldiers
I have always loved the scene where Tom Tom the Piper's son asks Little Bo Peep to marry him and she says no...he places her feet in a set of stocks and (playfully) tells her she is staying there until she agrees to marry him...this is just such a cute scene anyway because they are in love and they're both so cute together....she is wearing these cute little white anklet socks and black patent leather type shoes and her feet are twisting side to side in the stocks and she is squirming in her seat and giggling and smiling at him but she refuses to give in and say "yes"....I just thought it would have been so cute for him to start poking her in the ribs and as she was giggling and squirming he would be asking her "how about now?" "Will u marry me now?"....she would laugh "noooo....!!! Tom Tom stop....It tickles!!!" so he would take off her shoes...her socks and she would start screeching and laughing because she would be highly ticklish of course...once her feet were bare he would give her another chance...lol...he would ask again...."Will u marry me now?"....she would hesitate and say "nope...."giggling adorably...so he would start tickling her feet like mad.....I just think that would have been cute...🙂
Palmetto...very brief tickling scene where Woody Harrelson is leaving and tickles his wife's sides when they kiss goodbye...what is really nice is she appears really ticklish and she likes it...she giggles alot and it looks to me like she would have wanted more...cool stuff but he blew it.... (Woody also looks extremely good in his jeans and barefeet w/no shirt and it would have been sooo hot to see him get tickled like mad ...rarr...lol) I also would have liked to have seen Elizabeth Shu get it🙂
Shirley Temple movie (unsure of title , sorry) Shirley wakes up and tries waking her (father?)...he has a sheet covering him and she is unable to wake him so she tickles his feet (through the sheets...darn...lol) it's cute , she is saying "tickle tickle tickle!" but reaction is not great because he doesn't even seem to care that she did it...who doesn't like being tickled awake?!?!? what a weirdo!......grrr...lol
Everybody loves Raymond...ray and debra go to the kids bedroom to answer some questions their oldest girl had ...when they last talked to her she was upset, when they arrive at the door they hear lots of laughter....upon entering the room was the cutest scene...the two little boys were tickling their sister like mad...she had the most adorable giggle and was laughing hysterically all rolled up into a ball...cute but I would have liked to see Debra laugh and Ray tickle her in the hallway 🙂
Beauty and the beast...a couple cute scenes....Belles father tickles the clocks foot in order to get him to open....the clock chuckles...cute. When the father drinks from the small teacup (I forget his name at the moment, "Chip", I think)...the cup giggles adorably and says "it tickles mama!",,...cute but I would have loved to see Belle get tickled fiercely by the protagonist whose name escapes me...Gaston?...🙂
Toystory 2....It's been a while since I watched this but if memory serves...woody and Jessie are playing and she sneaks up on him, grabs his ribs and squeezes/tickles him...he laughs and says "heeey, watch it, I'm ticklish!" She has the cutest devilish laughter and says "ooh, are you!!??" and comes after him...she pounces on him and tickles him....very cute...I think she needed to get it too though, maybe with Bullseyes help...🙂

I'd love to have seen the original Pink Ranger(Amy Jo Johnson) get captured by the sadistic evil queen on the show and tickled `til she tells all the Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers' secrets!
Better yet, a spinoff series called "Amy Jo Johnson Gets Captured By The Sadis...", well, you get the idea(preferably in gymnastics leotards).

This one is slightly off the wall, but I thought "Basic Instinct" could've had a tickling scene. This, of course, is because of its star, Sharon Stone. She was a sex-crazed, bisexual, slightly evil, slightly mischeivous little vamp, who walked around barefoot through parts of the movie, and naked in others. Not hard to imagine a tickling scene being thrown in that movies somewhere.
