I am one of those girls who loved to dangle and slip those loafers or slides off my barefeet during class. I remember my Junior year when our school had new carpet installed in some of the class rooms and I was lucky enough to attend a history class in one of them. It was September and it was still hot enough to go barefoot, and I loved to do so during class. I can always remember being more comfortable and enjoying class far more when my feet were bare. One day, a guy who was a good friend of mine conveniently dropped his pencil in front of his desk and right near my left foot. I never forget the look on his face when went down to pick it up and lightly stroked my foot with his fingers. I even knew it was coming, but I laughed loud enough for our teacher to tell him, "Brad, please do not tickle Jacqueline while I am lecturing." The class just laughed and I probably blushed along with him. Anyway, thank you for the posting.

Hey, I remember having a history class with carpeting too..but the way the tables were arranged ddint let me get in any good tickling action..but its the thought and sight of the feet that count.

There was this very pretty girl named Sonja who sat behind me in Spanish class. Calling her feet 'beautiful' is putting it mildly. One day she was wearing flip flops. I dropped my pencil by her feet and tickled her sole as I reached up to pick it up. She just looked at me with her big brown eyes and didn't say a word. In college there was a lady, I say lady because she was 30 and in college...for good reasons not a career college girl.
Her name for this "story" will be Karen.

Anyway, she used to dangle and wiggle her 3 inch heels all the time and usually wore SHEER nylons or barefoot.
So, one day I am just bored due to the lecture and noticed that Karen was just going wild with her shoes, bobbing, wiggling, popping out of her heels, I thought her heel would fly across the room a few times.

I thought of doing this often but never sat close enough to the girl to do so. There were a few times when I did but I never had the courage to do anything. Makes me wish I was still in college. Eh, I'll be back some day.

I see this all the time at work though. Girls/women come in all the time in sandals and flipflops and such so I get a lot of eye candy. One of these days if the right girl comes in I might actually do a modified version of the 'pencil drop'.

That was when I discovered I had a foot fetish. Early 90's so flats (is that what they're called?) were worn by nearly ever girl of hotness.
