She-Hulk has been shackled and pinned by Powergirl for a devastatingly Ticklish defeat! (Go with the accidental pun- if you wish = de-feet!)

Anyone who knows the girl knows just how insanely ticklish she is, especially in the form of the Incredible She-Hulk!

How long will she last? Will she ever be able to turn the tables?

We'll just have to wait and find out.
