I've long suspected that everybody is ticklish and that those who appear to be not ticklish at all simply have well developed defenses. The question is how good is the tickler at identifying those defenses and finding a breach? Even the strongest armor can eventually be penetrated.

And before anybody asks, no I'm not one of those cocky motherfuckers who feel they can break anybody. I've had my share of successes and failures. Among the failures, some few I've seen their armor subsequently breached and stripped away entirely by another ler. I'm convinced that for every "non-ticklish" person, there's somebody out there that can change that status.

Now as for women who "look ticklish," I think think it's largely a matter of attractiveness, attitude, and exposition. Allow me to elaborate:

Attractiveness - Prettier/sexier girls are seen as desirable targets, hence they "look" more ticklish.

Attitude - With girls who are loud, angry, or sullen, it's often difficult to picture them laughing, so they "look" less ticklish. On the other hand, playful girls who smile and laugh frequently are seen as more ticklish.

Exposition - If a girl is seen in a position of vulnerability, she "looks" ticklish. Sleeveless shirts or halters that expose the armpits, oh yeah. It also helps if she's reaching for a high shelf, not only opening up those normally protected underarms, but often causing her top to become untucked from her pants or skirt, exposing that soft, delicate midriff flesh that is oh so vulnerable. Not to mention bare feet or even better, a foot with a shoe that's dangling from the toes.

Having said all that, I look at the five girls in the opening post, and I've no freaking clue. 😱

Alright, after taking a few minutes to look over the pics I've come to this stunning conclusion: I can't tell at all ^^; You'd think the cuter, more bubbly girls like 1 and 4 would be ticklish but there's the chance they aren't ticklish at all. An old friend of mine had a sister who was the cutest girl you've ever met, had the most perfect, softest feet ever and yet wasn't ticklish in the slightest much to my dismay. And on the other hand I've seen the biggest, burliest girls with lots of muscle who could bench press me with one arm be extremely ticklish. If you're one of the few lucky ones who can tell just by looking how ticklish a girl is, good on you. Unfortunately I need a little more info before I'd be able to tell, and even then I could still be wrong.

With that said, my guess is: No, No, No, Yes, Yes. I say that because those are the two I'd like to tickle the most, and so I'd hope they would be ticklish.

Well, no one got the correct answer for all of the girls, however, i'm not entirely convinced there isn't at least some occurrences of being able to tell is a girl is ticklish or not but the fact that some thing said about these girls was spot on! The breakdown is as follows, including the spot on intuitions...

GIRL 1

This girl is very pretty, shy, yet has a flirty adventurous spirit, total GND, beautiful smile, beautiful feet. But when playing around with her a few years back, the ticklishness of a brick. She was good natured to laugh off my attempts instead of have the awkward, "what are you doing?" stare. Which made her lack of ticklishness all the more depressing. - Not Ticklish

1 is the girl next door, but has no to little ticklish feeling

1-Not so much. Certainly not as much as you want her to be.. and possibly not at all.. She'll be the one to answer "No"

GIRL 2

The last girl was a sweetheart about not being ticklish, this one not so much. An old friend of mine I was always curious about but wouldn't attempt as I didn't want my head knocked off. However, I did get to witness a overconfident smarmy young man try to give her a tickle, she responded by pushing away his hands and stating, "don't. I don't like to be touched" Probably thinking she meant, don't want to be touched because she was so ticklish, he went for it again, she didn't push away this time as to show she was not hiding a weakness. Just stood there, glared, and then slapped him across the face with a "I SAID DON'T TOUCH ME!" To reaffirm. I asked her later and she simply said, she's never been ticklish and even thought it was strange she wasn't because so many people are. - Not Ticklish

GIRL 3

I was lounging about with this girl after a good days work. She is barefoot whenever she can be so it was no surprise that she was now. This time, however, her feet were quite close to my hands. She is a real sweet-heart and wouldn't be mad and a little playfulness so reached over and gave her foot a little scrape. She just smiled and said, "You won't find any luck with that. I'm not ticklish anywhere, but I know you are!" And little wrestling around ensued and she was right on both accounts. - Not Ticklish

3 is ur classic Jane, she is probably a sweet heart but has the ticklish reaction of a dead cow.

GIRL 4

Was hanging out with a few work buddies on night. Someone busts out the iPod speakers and little dance party begins. I was showing off some pretty sweet moves and this girl, who obviously doesn't know a thing about dancing seemed to think they were anything less than the cat's meow. Well, little did she know, that you should never tease a tickler. I reached for her sides and she jumped! I held her close and dug in and she collapsed on the floor in a fit of giggles and scream. I held her bare foot under my arm and tickled her soft soles until she admitted she loved my dancing and was jealous of my skill. It's didn't last very long, maybe a few seconds... but enough 🙂 - Ticklish (Extremely)

4- Absent the visibility of her eyes, based on the laugh lines on this lovely I will guess Yes.

Not much to say about this one, don't have a specific story, she's long standing friend of the family and for as long as I can remember, she has the ticklish of a brick. - Not Ticklish.

Hmm. I'd say that personally, I failed spectacularly. I got about 50%, just the same as you'd expect from random guessing. And based on my read-through of this thread, I'd say (no offense) we as a group failed pretty spectacularly... in particular, it's funny how every single person was certain that 5 was super ticklish. Anyway, I thought this was a fascinating experiment. Big props to StevePerry for putting it together. If anybody analyzes the guesses more closely, I'd be interested to see what they find.

Yes I can't tell usually by a picture but it seems if I get a five minute conversation, not even Talking about tickling I can tell if they should be. It's usually the super bitchy ones and the girls who are into Saving the world
