Two things surprise me about this thread.

1. The amount of legitimate, long term, good members, who posted in it.

2. That the thread was not closed by someone. (To make clear, this statement is not a criticism, mods, and admins, merely a passive "observation")

Okay, I'm done in this thread. Seriously, if the legitmate members continue to post in this thread, we are accomplishing what the OP wanted us to in the first place, and calling attention to the thread. The best scenario is to ignore, and let the thread die, moving it back to a page where it won't attract attention.

There was much more hate in the responses (not all of course). Interesting how people react (see above). But that's not gonna help the viewer in question if this was serious.

Personally, I think this thread has been hilarious, and I see no reason for anyone to be that worried about it. The original post is a joke (whether the poster meant it to be or not.) If they did, it's a joke we all seem to have enjoyed. If it was serious, well, we've all enjoyed mocking a douche who clearly doesn't care about this place anyway. The Internet, contrary to what some people seem to believe, is not really very serious business.
