Smash Bros. Brawl tickle (ff/f, feet, request)

Hiya, folks! Another number from the Request Lottery has been drawn! This time, Tickler21 a.k.a. Brennan!

An idea inspired on the current most successful fighting game: Peach being tickled by Zelda and Samus. This is the first part of a series of three, so I guess you all can predict what's next.
