Just wondering...

I am just curious about "Solefully Yours"....when and why did they
go out of business exactly?

They had plenty of good videos and models.
 
Like many small operations, personal problems sidetracked SY. Their material is still under copyright though, and there are plans in the community to bring their library of material back in the near future.
