Sorority tickling, and my quest to find it

Is this just an urban legend, or does anyone have proof of any sorority that has carried out this type of hazing at any time? I've done complex searches trying to locate any accounts of this, but have had no luck. I only run across "stories" and excerpts from Greek rule books banning "excessive tickling."

My curiosity peaked when I was searching for sorority spanking accounts (add that kink to my list too hahaha), and found many true accounts of that practice. By true I mean that they came from a reliable news source like the AP or Reuters, court testimony, etc..

Spanking/paddling has been doccumented, and addressed in many Greek rule books. I would think that if "excessive tickling" has been addressed in Greek rule books as well, it must have been an issue somewhere, at some time.

If anyone knows where I can find more information on this, please post the links here, or email me with them. I'd like to find and archive those accounts of tickling for myself, and others to read as well!

While I did not have the time to go through the entire site of theirs, you may since you are doing the research at this time.

You may be able to contact them and gain info from them one way or another.

There may be a few more under the search of Initiations.

There were a few pics of some of the members of their Sorority and they all looked very nice and just may have some potential!

This particular sorority is out of Fla.

I don't know if I'm looking in the right area, but I did an entire site search with google on that url and couldn't find any mention of tickling there?

I have long wondered about this myself. It seems there should be at least a few sororities that had tickling has part of an initiation. Maybe you could try the altavista, hotbot, or lycos search engines. Generally though I think google is the best. Good luck on your search though Unclstevel.

I went back into their website and searched as much as I could. I posted a question in their guestbook regarding what they use as their initiation and asked if they had every used "Tickling" as one of them.
This is an ALL GIRL sorority.

I will let you know what their response is IF I get one.

😀 IF you are refering to the unreliable source I think you are, JEN, bike racks count not as a sorority initiation😉

Seriously, I am not aware of any "sororities" at Rutgers that are on the level as Uncl is refering to or interested in.
The ones' that are there are most likely under the microscope due to past "Hazing" episodes that got them in trouble.

sorority tickling

look folks i hate to burst the collective bubble, but i must.
my wife was in a sorority for all 4 years of collage. i have friends that were in sororities through out collage. i was in a frat. there is no tickling hazing done. i know this is a very popular fantasy, but as with most fantasies, they are not reality. there may be the odd tickle happening, here, and there. but nothing ritualistic, or even planned.

I'll back that up. The Sororities where I went to school were a hell of a lot more evil than that when it came to hazing. They would have been lucky to just get tickled.

While I grant you that tickling may not run rampant throughout soroities...it has been my observation that if you get a group of women living to gether long enough that tickling will take place! LOL! Especially in college! My school did not have sororities or frats (how lame was I ) but people tended to room in "groups". No matter what the make up of siad group (the brains, the athlete's, the barmaids, whatever) there tended to be at least one 'ler and one 'lee amongst them!

And surely somewhere along the line tickling was a part of some initiation...if only for a laugh (pardon the pun!)😀 If, as it is said, some coutries or peoples used tickling as a form of corporal punichment then some group may have found it an amusing way to annoy young pledges!

Of course that's just my opinion...and I'm usually right!! 😉

According to my experiences... mine only folks, I was in a sorority, and whereas no organized tickling went on, the friends that I hung out with definitely loved tickling. Now I only know of one friend who was "into" it like I am... but tickling was a daily occurance.

SIGH... the good old days! I was tickled every day in Highschool and college! Where oh where have my tickles gone? Oh where oh where could they be? LOL

I find it very hard to believe that with all the sororities, NOT ONE has used Tickling in an initiation.

What jen, ttd, and others were no doubt afraid to post, I will:

Despite what her fear says, Kujman is not an unreliable source. He's probably the most reliable and the most into reality tickling that we ever had. Certainly done more than anyone here, me included. Don't let these people playing dumb fool you. It's well known and documented that he's helped with an actual sorority for many many years that uses tickling and his dungeon setups. All in a non sexual manner for initiations. Two other sororities joined them in the last year. The pictures don't lie nor do the tapes I've seen at his and Ticklegal's tickling parties.

I know the Tickle Palace has been bouncing up and down. It was up a few days ago, then down again. It's up right now. And the Sorority section he added will simply blow you away. Some of it is pretty wild stuff.

I'm a fanatic of sorority type tickling. This sorority action of his has been verified to me by Cindyioo the co-creator, by Tkltracy, by Ticklegal, as well as your own QBweaver in mail and ims to me years back. She described a particular tape to me in detail.

you know yankeefan it is posible to reply to a thread without calling someone either stupid, a nobody, fearful or just plain ignorant. couldnt you make your point without all the extra crap. i have no idea if you and kujman are the same...i believe it possible that he has someone that likes his work enuf to stick up for him..thats great. however your credibilty suffers when all you ever post about is that. don't you have other interests..couldnt you post something nice...its not that hard..i bet you could if you tried. and might i suggest some people skills..beacuse even if you and kuj arent the same its apparent that you went to the same charm school. i used to wish i had someone to stick up for me all the time...but that would be weak. i'd much rather do it myself.

Only a Yankee fan would presume and place words into someones' mouth before hearing or seeing what those people have to say.

While I cannot speak for anyone else refered to I can speak for myself.
If I wanted to mention kujman I would have mentioned kujman and If I meant to say kujman I would have said kujman.

Don't go pointing any fingers at ME before you have evidence aginst me to POINT AT!
Kujman also did NOT need anyone to defend him either, his background and reputation speaks for itself and nobody mentioned his name anyway for anyone elso to come and defend him,
I have met and hung out with kujman and have seen the tape(s) of his Sorority antics. That tape has to be at least 10 years old and people are asking HERE now if there are any current sororities that use tickling on their pledges.
I am sure it is apprieciated that kuj has someone out there to quickly come to his aid if/when needed but you were very quick to jump the gun and presume he was being flamed.

He is and has also been a welcome member of my Hyenas Club and IF I had anything to say against the man I would say it to his face not hide behind the TMF.
So as far as I and mean I am concerned, you know what you can do with your accusations. I would apprieciate it if you would keep MY name OUT of them!!!
