No I am not an AOL user. Does it help to know that about 2 months ago, I lost the ability to log on to no less than 3 different card game sites? I can sign in, see my name that I have in fact logged on, but, when it comes to entering a room, it just continues to louds, but never opens the room... very frustrating. Help if you can and thank you for your effort.

ah yes, that does help.
It sounds as if your issue involves cookies. I wager that somehow your settings have been altered in your browser or firewall to deny or delete cookies. That would explain the behavior. I can't provide specific advice, but poking about and checkign the settings for such might solve the issue. Users who share your Op system might have more specific advice. People, any offerings?

Is your system windows? Cause if it is, I can tell you what to do. Also: Do you have a firewall?
