I guess its because I have a shitty job, and an ever crappier job on the weekend, and I just got off.

How's everything in the outside world?

I seriously need help, spiritually and physically.

I regret hearing that the grind is getting to you.

It's hard to stay positive when the days and weeks ahead look like more of the same unappealing work. But if you can think of it as a path that needs walking, and focus on the handful of things that you can do, or enjoy in the meantime between the drudge, it can be more tolerable.

The small things are what gets us thru such times, even if it's a pice of pizza, or a phone call to someone we care about.
