Stills request

Does anyone have any stills from Cement Garden? I have the clip, but not the software to capture stills (unless there's an easy way that I'm not aware of). Also, can anyone recommend a good program that I could obtain to do still captures? Thanx. :weird:

For capturing stills from .avi and .mpeg formats, you could try Virtual Dub (open-source, free at http://virtualdub.sourceforge.net ).
