Straight women who are F/F lers or lees - common?

My girlfriend has a ton of stories about a female friend who has tickled her a LOT over the years....giving foot a massage and then suddenly holding her feet down and torturing them, tickle threats "go change the radio station...if you don't, i'm going to tickle you...", lots of little pokes to the sides at restaurants, lots of little neck and ear tickles.

It makes me wonder something - forgive me if this is discussed a lot or common knowledge, but I'm very curious...

Is it a common thing for there to be straight women who are F/F ticklers/lees, either in the closet or out? Are most F/F lers/lees straight or lesbians, in terms of relationships and actual sexual preference?

I guess there's some element of that age-old question - when I see tickling or her stories, it's sexual without question to me, so I tend to project and think maybe it is for the ler in question too. But maybe it's all projection and most people who tickle just do it for the fun of it...

Thoughts?

Its very, very common I see it all the time. I think women that are close friends have no issue showing affection through tickling.

While guys slap each other on the shoulder, head butt, wrestle, punch or fake fight women I know tend to hug, kiss, tickle, lounge on each other.

Its no big deal, just the differences between men and women sometimes.

clarification

So you're saying it's common for women to tickle each other, but it's not sexual in most cases. Just to clarify my question, these type of people I wouldn't call a "F/F ler" or a "F/F lee"....I'm talking about straight women who actually find tickling other women or being tickled by other women erotic.

I'm a straight female, and I'm owned and collared by a straight
female. We play regularly - tickling, spanking, breath play, and
hypnosis are among our favorites. But it's definitely possible for
two females to play asexually. However, I've found that she and
I are often in the minority as far as relationships go, other than
friendships.

Women are more touchy-feely with each other. Earl and Augie tickling each other during lunch at the construction site? Not so much. To women, tickling each other is just seen as either 1. a woman wants to make her girlfriend, mother, sister, daughter laugh, or 2. a woman wants to amuse herself and possibly others by making her girlfriend, sibling, mother, sister, daughter laugh like a loon for a minute. *sigh* Everyone should thank a woman today for being a woman lol

It's not uncommon.Girls like to play that way.We are very emotional, catty, and touchy beings

Are you talking about women who only enjoy f/f? Or women who enjoy f/f in addition to m/f or f/m? I'm a female lee, and I mostly enjoy m/f or the occasional f/m situation, but I have no aversion to being ler'ed by women I'm close with. It's just fun and playful.

I think you got your answer: straight women who tickle each other don't consider it to be erotic. 🙂

Yes... denial and desperation are very common amongst humans. Sometimes when we're sexually frustrated and repressed with the opposite sex, the gratification manifests itself from other outlets.

SteakDinnerBoom got it right when he said,

"Women are more touchy-feely with each other," as did a few others who echoed that sentiment. Women are just bigger on communication with one another than men are. Tickling, like other forms of touch, is another way to convey feeling. Women dance with one another, touch one another, and, God knows, talk to one another a lot more than men do, especially in the United States, all because they prize communication.

I highly doubt that is the case.

i think many are bi sexual actually. or have been with at least one girl or two in their lives. if they are straight now, i think they were bi at one point or another but everyone is different.

Personally I don't think you change your sexual preferrence during your life - if you are bi-sexual once, you will remain that way.

All women are a little bicurious. Any that tell you otherwise are in denial, shy, or havent had enough to drink XD

I don't know....even when I think about kissing a woman who I consider extraordinarily beautiful, I get sick in the stomach. 🙂 Not my thing somehow. 🙂

It sounds to me as if, whatever ambiguity there may be in the question of eroticism, it's nothing that should get in the way of anything: it just adds a little more spice to who she is.

(This post is a change of mind, an edit job, after having previously approached it differently.)

I get where you're going with this, but I anytime you make a blanket statement like that it's going to be met with people insisting they're the exception to the rule. That having been said, I do agree that most women are likely to be willing to experiment with smooching on another girl or grabbing up on her friend's ta-tas.

Not sure

Couldnt even guess on the percentages on this topic but it appears on some videos that ive purchased that they are not just acting. My favorite videos from Paradise vision included women tickling other women and they were very good to a point that they seemed to enjoy it. My favorites come from Last Laugh which the girls have fiendish smiles on their faces when they tickle. I really lose my mind when the female tickler starts nibbling and licking the lees toes setting her into flights of laughter. Great work Last Laugh to me you are officially number one.

I've always thought of women, especially young women, as a little bi-curious, but not very many people agree with me. In the theatre, I've found that straight male actors will do gay kisses and such, but will be a little uncomfortable with it, while straight actress love doing lesbian scenes.

It might happen in a few cases, but if you're suggesting that it's the case of most women, that's just wishful thinking nonsense.

Same comment as my previous one.

Thank you. However, while it's possible that a few of my models do get a bit of a sensual/sexual thrill out of the experience, for most of them it's just plain platonic fun. A fair number are willing to do nibbling and licking, and some may actually enjoy it to some extent, but it's more likely because they find the whole thing really funny. Just because they get a "fiendish smile" on their face doesn't mean they're actually getting off on it. That being said, whatever the ticklers are thinking/feeling, I certainly understand the appeal for the viewer.

And how did you find that? Maybe a little wishful thinking here, too? 🙂

I have never been w/ another woman, nor have i made out with one. and the thought of actually carrying that out makes me sick to my stomach.

I also havn't been w/ a man. (By been with i mean sex in this case) but that doesn't make me sick to my stomach.

HOWEVER, I have often fantasized what it would be like to make out w/ a woman and a guy but dont see myself acting on it. Am I Bi-curious? Yes. Am I Bi-sexual? No

When it comes to tickling, there have been a small handful of woman whom I've dreamed of tickling that I believe I would want to lead to something sexually (Beyonce comes to mind right now. I swear if I ever get at least 10 mins alone with her..........*shudders in excitement* anyway......

But mostly, I tickle my friends for the simple pleasure of wanting to make them laugh. I love making my friends squirm and giggle. I love it more when they fight back. I love making them laugh in front of other people in hopes the others will join in and help me, or them ( if they chose to fight back)

In the few cases where the lee seemed to be getting some sexual pleasure from it, I would stop and gauge their reaction after I stopped. Do they want me to keep going or are they glad I stopped? Again this is rare and I can only think of 2 times where there was a suspected sexual pleasure from it and eventually ended up leading to nothing.

I think as far as this topic goes the reasons straight women tickle other women have been listed already.

-We are comfortable with showing affection that way and think no big deal of it
-We are simply trying to playfully embarrass our friends by making them squeal and go nuts in front of other people
-We are doing it for personal gratification of wanting to see our friends laughing with a possible hope of retaliation.
-Cuz we felt like it. 😛

Basically if I like you, and you're female, I'm going to tickle you sooner or later. Deal with it.

Guys have a chance too but If I tickle a guy I'm def flirting and hoping you're going to tickle back because 9x's outta 10 the guy is not gonna be ticklish. 🙁

Bicurious and bisexual are totally different

Point proven

ANYWAY, back on topic, I agree whole heartedly with Iluv2Btickled. Most women are very playful with ones they are close with or have an attraction too, and when that happens we get all touchy feely and we do things like tickle, back sass, become kleptomaniacs with hats, purses, shoes, other accessories, etc XD And when we tickle our girlfriends, its cause we think it's funny and it's a fun way to start teasing each other and showing affection ^-^ it's a way to bring back those silly slumber party days without all that grueling gossip about what she-he said XD

Bicurious and bisexual are totally different

Which still doesn't mean that all women are bi-curious. That's a gross generalization.

Point proven

While I never said that bi-curious and bisexual are the same thing, the fact remains that your point isn't proven just because one person said that she's bi-curious but not bi-sexual.
