Back in the summer of 1984 I
was life guarding in an apartment house pool here in the NY Metropolitan area. I had a girlfriend names Elaine and she was able to be at this establishment practically every day. It was a nice summer during college and I can recall all the goings on with the residents and the lifeguards.
One Saturday early in the day it was very crowded and there was a scarcity of mats to put on the lounge chairs. Elaine (about foot foot 3, 110 pounds, 20 years old) was about to grab a mat when one of the younger girls names Susie (18 years old, five foot 2, 105 pounds) came behind her and pulled it away. Elaine was furious as she wanted to work on her tan in the early morning sun. Apparently, Susie had taken the last mat. I told Elaine that I would get her the mat back as I was friendly with Susie and her two sisters. Elaine remarked that Susie needed a good tickling and a spanking. She said she was basically nice, but could occasionally be quite the brat. I told her to be careful because Susie was pretty athletic and wiry and would be difficult for her to subdue. I forgot about the whole silly incident and was working hard on this beautiful mid-summers day. About one o'clock I realized it was my lunch and went up to Elaine's apartment to see what was happening with her. I took the elevator up to 8 and turned right to the apartment. The door was slightly ajar and got their just in time to hear Elaine and Susie arguing over the stupid mat. Elaine informed Susie that she would tickle the shit out of her and that would be that. Susie laughed and told Elaine she had better be careful. She knew that Elaine was very ticklish herself. Susie told her that she knew that Eileen (Susie's sister) had buried Elaine in the sand at the beach and tickled her feet for about a half hour. Elaine was apparently in tears.
Some more threats followed on on both sides and the two girls set up the ground rules for the tickle battle. It would be a wrestling -tickle fight that would end when the loser would agree to submit and not even go to the pool area the rest of the weekend. I could feel the bulge in my pants start to grow. Elaine and I were both into tickling and most of the time i got the best of her. I thought she was under estimating Susie too. The two young blond woman scared off. Elaine drew first blood by flipping Susie over her hip and dove onto her tickling her pits. She was doing well . I was really excited watching the battle. Susie then spider tickled the older girl and Elaine started laughing very hard. Elaine was asked if she would submit but cursed and said she would rather die. Susie told her she was going to be patient. She said she would receive 15 more minutes of punishment before she would ask again. The tickling continued and Elaine was really having a hard time. She started to perspire heavily. . Susie said she would be merciful and stop if Elaine would admit defeat. Elaine cursed. Susie then slid off Elaine's bikini bottoms past her cute little ass. Elaine pleaded. Susie slapped her ass 15 times in a row and Elaine was then still. She still would not relent. Susie then tied Elaine's hands in front of her with the top of the bikini which had come loose. She quickly switched and sat across Elaine 's ass facing her legs. She put a 15 pound weight on top of Elaine's ankles that was in the room. Poor Elaine was having a rough time.

As much as I would have wanted to see that. Elaine finally admitted defeat. Susie untied her and helped her to her feet. The girls then engaged in a passionate kiss which left me speechless. I ran out of the hallway area toward the stairs. . Susie and Elaine saw me and both giggled. "He's next,' said Susie.
