Thanks for sending commentary, Limbo! Chapter 4 doesn't generally get a lot of attention... the tickle victim's a touch too creepy, I suspect! To address your inquiry, Little Big Head is his own master, at odds with his chief rival, the Spinster, and all wild bogey-dom generally. He does, in fact, have his own crew of bogeys (seen in Chapters 2 and 3), creatures that he himself has created and who are entirely beholden to him. I'll explain further in upcoming Chapter 18; I'll also fully detail the events that led to LBH being pickled in brine, but that won't be for many chapters yet (please stay tuned!)
