While I can't speak for this or other video producers, I can tell you that part of the reason why we don't shoot nude girls is because it scares off other models who may think that you'll want to get them nude (or more - sex), or they may worry that people will connect them with true porn.

Also, having a model clothed and tickled is a serious turn on for many tickle aficionados because it more closely mimics the real-world fantasies we conjure for the women we meet.

So while we do try to shoot for the customer, we also must factor in what will make the largest number of models feel safe about doing this type of work.
