I don't see the symmetry thing that Newcastle points out as being a problem. It's sort of like when women where a bracelet on one ankle (which I love!) .I know a woman who actually wears the same bracelet on both ankles which to me doesn't look as good. So I don't mind a small tattoo on one side.
On the other hand I don't care for a big tattoo on top of the foot. For one thing it looks like it must have been really painful, being a foot lover it takes away a little bit from the beauty of the female foot, also also looks odd with strappy sandals.
I don't think Newcastle is a constant jerk, though he does stir up the pot sometimes! Plus he has excellent taste in music.
