I always do this because it helps build the mood and can be a tease when used with baby talk. Then i sometimes tickle in a different place, to where i told them.
If the lee is blindfolded and you keep you movements quiet but keep talking it holds the element of suprise.Using a gag half way through is a wind up it makes the lee think something awesome is going to happen.
