I've found 4 figurines so far. Anyone found them all yet?

Finally finished the game. The one thing I really hated about this game is that it ended. Seriously, the writing style, the quests, the puzzles...everything was superb. I'm sure I missed a few things, but that just means I'll have something else to look forward to whenever I play it again.

Great work, Kunzite. Now I feel I must dig out The New Project and play that all over again.

Well I got past that boss after grinding a bit more and getting good potions to use, so that's done and dusted.

The game is good and all, but it's too feet heavy for my taste. As I've said to the other game makers, it's your game and you can put what you want in it. All I'm saying is it doesn't have hardly any of what I look for.

Feet fans, get this game immediately! Kunzite hit the nail on the head for you guys. 😉

Sorry I didn't get more of what you were looking for! Yes, I am a foot fan, and I know it's hard to fit everyone's tastes. But hopefully you're finding things about the game to enjoy 🙂

If you're stuck at the moat, then you've gone to the jungle too early! Go back to Fort Kalage and make sure you've gotten quests from everybody! Here's a hint: check the tavern!

As for the figurines, congrats on finding four! Note that unless you have the most recent version of the game, there's a bug with completing that quest. But there is a workaround! When the time comes send me a PM and I'll explain it 🙂

I got all 5 figurines and the reward that comes with it. It's awesome. Through completing the game I found 3. After I was up to the final boss I had to search for 2, but by that time I got Kunzite's style of hiding things.
The keys were awesome as well, as well as the reward. As someone said earlier, you really make the game rewarding for finding stuff and there's so much stuff to find! Truly awesome game.

I wonder though... is there a way to get the spell the final boss uses? or is that her specialty?

In the meantime I'll try to figure out the only part of the puzzle I havent solved.... the bird nest!

P.S figured it out. sigh... I think I figured out everything. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO awesome though. This was crazy fun and entertaining.

I don't know how to change extensions. I'm not really a computer person. I still use XP, so maybe that's why it's not working?

Just click the file and click once more over the name. You should be able to change the name to whatever you want. Just move the cursor over to the .docx and change it to .doc.

If you're in the jungle and aren't able to cross the moat, you missed something major back at the Fort. Same deal with the shard.

Just click the file and click once more over the name. You should be able to change the name to whatever you want. Just move the cursor over to the .docx and change it to .doc.

First, thank you for the awesome game.

Now, regarding that guy's trouble with the docx file: the easiest solution is to get a free docx viewer from Microsoft. That'll solve it for him.

.docx is a different format from the old .doc, despite the naming similarity. If he doesn't have file extensions for known file types set to show, he may also have trouble seeing the extensions, and thus be unable to rename the extension without changing his explorer settings or popping open a command prompt and using ren.

In the future, if you want people to just be able to read something with significant formatting, export a PDF and it'll "just work" on more devices. Naturally, they'll have one hell of a time of they want to edit it, but they won't need to edit a readme or manual.

If you don't need fancy formatting, delivering it as plaintext (.txt) is ideal. Keeps the file size down and opens in damned near anything.

Okay, I'll admit it: I'm kind of dumb for this kind of RPG :stickout

I've always been a fan of your writing Kunzite (hell, City Of Sororities is one of my all-time favorites), and I really really really want to play this... but I'm stuck at the beginning! xD
So far, I've:
- Encountered the interrogation scene in the Old Mill
- Activated the barmaid quest and the missing sister quest (you know, the one that starts when you talk to the lady in the Forest Entrance).
- Defeated every enemy in the forest.
- Found the empty bird nest
- Found the trees with the magical aura to them
- Found the Fortune Teller.

So this far I've got 2 quests opened, the ----beam password (which I've trying to tell to every NPC in town but so far I've got nothing), and a blue gem. I'm not proud of this, but I think I might need some help moving forward, since everybody seems to be able to do that but me :lol (and they're even speaking of game over scenes and dungeons and so! arggggh!)

Also, while I love RPGs (and tickling RPGs even more), it seems that text-based adventure is not my strong suite for the time being, since I bought "A New Project" like a month ago aaaaaaand got stuck at the beginning too xD So if by any chance there's a tutorial for that too, it'd be great 😛

I kind of feel like I must sound like a doofus asking for help to pass the first stages of the game, but hey, I prefer that over missing an awesome tickling game any day of the week :lol


EDIT: come to think of it, a tutorial for this kind of text games wouldn't be bad, so you can be sure that you didn't miss any scenes and such.

Batman05: Welcome to the world of text-based gaming! 😀 It sounds like you're on the right track, so let me offer you the following advice:

-Read the manual section about how to communicate with people! You should only be using those commands to communicate. Notice that "tell" isn't on the list.

-When stuck, examine everything! Well, not everything, I tried to make this game more forgiving then your standard text-based game, where that rule really does apply! But examining objects is the key to the barmaid and sister quests. Another hint: there's a pretty conspicuous object in a building in the village. Try examining it for a big hint.

-Finally, do what we used to do back in the day: draw a map! My guess is that you're missing a few areas in the forest, from the sound of it. Just get a piece of paper and sketch a basic map with dots and lines. That will make getting around a lot easier 🙂

----beam quest! Where do shady people hang out? It should be obvious who her accomplice is, but I struggled to get the right word combination of "ask about ----beam" so just stick at it.

Barmaid quest! Where would someone hide? Somewhere... deserted, maybe? SEARCH EVERYTHING. If it's in the description, use x (examine)!

And I'm just wondering... if you found the trees with the magical aura with them? Did you experience the boss fight yet? EXAMINE EVERYTHING ESPECIALLY THINGS THAT LOOK OUT OF PLACE. Don't forget you can take things too. Use magic stuff. I can't be more blatant than that xD

Thanks for this sexy game! I've really enjoyed playing it.

There's one thing i haven't figured out, though, and that's... figurines! I have four of the five, and i think the one i missed must be somewhere before crossing the moat... but i am absolutely stumped. I've figured out the nest, i've figured out the kohl pot, but i'm just positively stumped on this figurine.

Any hints, fellow players (or even developer)?

EDIT: AHA! Got it! I think that wraps it up for me. Thanks again, Kunzite, for such an exciting game!

Things I never figured out:

-What to do with the altar with the candles.
-How to save the amazon being tortured in the cave
-Figurines? Never came across even one.
-Couldn't find the brandy.

Actually, "tickle" works on the fortune teller. But you have to complet the amazons student and trainer quest to finish this one.

And I make Slacker questions mine, by the way. Never found the missing sister on the forest either...
