That's it!!! I'm movin' to Florida!

It reached 72 today in Atlanta, but is turning colder and wetter this evening.....looks unsettled and cold the next few days with even a chance of sleet/freezing rain later this week. I'm thinking about driving down to southwest Florida Wednesday or Thursday for a few days....to do some fishing (and escape the wintry weather).......it's forecast to be in the mid/upper 70's all week in Fort Myers and Naples 🙂
 
hm.. i can say to you as a 16 year resident.. florida sucks
words off the top of my head to describe it..
rain
traffic
humidity
stupid people
stupid people
and
stupid people
maybe you will be smarter than i, and not move anywhere near central florida (near orlando).. its terrible here

Here in California

it is currently 47 degrees, heading for a forecast high of 50 degrees. Tonight the low is expected to flirt with freezing, but not quite get there (33 degrees).

This is considered an exceptional cold snap, by the way. The last time the Bay area saw temperatures like we've had for the last week was in 1998. Over the week to come things are expected to warm back to the seasonal norms of mid to upper 50s during the day, low 40s at night.

Forget Florida, Tamia. Come to San Francisco! There's not a better combination of weather and kink anywhere.
 
Tamia, the temperature reached a balmy 25 degree`s today. All is well. Now was it you or me who was going to do a striptease dance??? :woot:

I dare not say anything about newyork, but we have been getting over like a fat rat ,... there has not been a sign of snow or ice all winter long and im loving the current situation....Florida sounds like a good move but NYC is where the fun begins Miss "T"....(oak la who?), LOL 😀
 
Well, Tamia, you know how the weather is in my neck of the woods! All I can say is "thank God I'm not in Muskogee"! 93,000 people without power, so I refuse to complain. Stay warm :twohugs:

that's it..i'm moving to hawaii...a place where there are rainbows on a daily basis is like paradise..also hawaii has trade winds, which florida doesn't, i don't think..trade winds keep things cooler, as i learned in ST John.

I didn't take photos, silly. There wasn't anyone around......I heard a lot of rustling in the bushes tho....weird. :illogical
