The 60 second rule....

Now we need the moderators to agree to move it down to 20 seconds. 😀
 
There is a need for some rule to control cyber attacks via a flood of posts, but 60 seconds seems unnecessarily long. Let's try 20 seconds and see if that's good enough. 😀
