Does anyone know what's going on with The Agencies? It's been ages since the site was updated and the last I saw from Oblesklk was a promo for the new comic series he was putting together back in January or something. Any info would be appreciated, I've only recently stumbled across it and I like the concept and the characters (and was looking at buying issues 7-10 when my next paycheque goes through 😀) and it'd be a pain in the arse if I've missed out on it or something 🙁

We're still around, although keeping a low profile for now.

The Agencies Issue 11 has not started production yet, so it's going to be months before that issue is released. Long story.

The Ruthless Issue 1 is what we were advertising recently, and I shouldn't have done that. The artist got sick towards the end of production, so it's dragged out about three months more than scheduled. It's still slated for release soon, I just don't know which month yet. Actually I do, but I'll learn from my mistake for once, and not make the proposed date public until I get the finished product in my hands

But don't worry about us pulling a disappearing act, we'll be here (and we promise not to jack up the prices of the comic 2000% before your next check comes through for you) 🙂

I read somewhere that you were using a professional art studio to do the artwork for The Agencies (it shows by the way, terrific artwork) and I got all worried that they'd become too expensive and you'd had to quit or something. Allow me to express my relief in the form of a "w00000t"

I have a funny feeling that Issue 11 is going to be the start of something very, very cool in the world of tickling comics.
