Here's a question for anybody who wants to answer. What are the best tickling tools out there? And please don't put down fingers, tongues, nails, etc. I'm asking for actual tools like feathers brushes etc, and please also state what type of brush feather etc if you list those.

It vary greatly with the ticklee, and the part of the body being tickled. But try these.
On the soles: the tines of a fork, a knitting needle, a ballpoint pen
On the toes: a stiff-bristled toothbrush
In the navel: a Q-tip, an artists soft paintbrush

The new Dawn Spin Brush for dishes... (almost anywhere, best on feet)
A nice stiff feather... (good for between the toes, belly button, underarms, and genital and/or bum tickling)
Car keys... (on feet)
Pipe Cleaners... (between toes and belly button)
Sonicare toothbrush w/attachments... (actually, any electric dental kit sold at like Walmart that has the little skinny between teeth attachment, the tongue scraper, and other misc attachments will do. All the attachments work on a variety of body parts)
Plastic tip hair brushes... (feet)
Back scratchers... (anywhere with the right touch)
And lots more, but I will restrain and let others contribute..lol

I don't know if this would count but i'm including it because it works on all parts of my body and never fails to get me giggling😀
Breath. Just a gentle breeze over my feet or tummy or neck or thighs or anywhere can drive me bonkers. 😱
In case breath counts as a part of the body to tickle with, then let's say one of those cute little hand fans. My b/f turned one of those things on my feet after blindfolding me one time and it put me in hysterics.

i would say...
a sharpie (anywhere, very good on feet)
q-tip (awesome between toes)
and one of my personal favorites a paintbrush (not artistic... small wall painting one... works anywhere, but i use it on feet)

Speaking from experience . . .
Last week I had a fantastic switchable tickling session with my dominatrix Mistress Kassandra (details to come in the Stories section). At one point I tickled her with a couple of cheap ($1)toothbrushes and got a good reaction, so I can second the folks who recommend them. Ditto on Chickles's recommendation of blowing on your ticklee; when Kassandra had me restrained, she blew on my neck and shoulders, tickling me.😀
