The Elder Scrolls Skyrim thread

Ok, I know most of you probably don't play it, but based on some other post I've read, some of you do.

So, I thought I would make an “Anything and Everything” Skyrim thread.

Ok, to get the ball rolling, Which of the ten races are you when you start a new game?

As of me, I usually go Orc, but, I am trying playing though it as an Imperial right now

Mainly argonian as they're good swimmers and poison doesn't bother them.

Though I've played as a Khajiit as well.

7 of my grandparents are Norwegian. The other one is Swedish. For the first playthrough on any Elder Scrolls game, I go as a Nord. 😀 (Ever since Morrowind.)

That's cool and all, but how did you get 8 grandparents?! We're you counting your greats along with the normal grand parents too? Or are you adopted and counted four bio and four adopted grand parents?

No, Actually, I did play a little as a Khajiit in Oblivion.

Actually, the Nord is my third favorite race to play as, right behind Orc [I love their "Rage" ability] and Redguard.

Are they fun races to play as?

Pretty fun Yep. The argonian doesn't seem to have a lot of physical defense at first, but leaping into a nearby body of water helps with that as most don't go in the water to continue the attack. The khajit I've found stronger in defense but some magic affects him worse than my argonian.

Heh! You're right, I left the "great" off of "great grandparents."

Redguard and Orc are totally badass, too. Oscar the Orc was probably the favorite out of all the Morrowind characters I ever made.

I've never played as an actual human character before. Thought of playing as an Orc though.
