I look through the personals from time to time and I remember scanning that thread actually. Is this the same 10-plus page thread where guys (including a few supposedly from OK) were coming out of the woodwork to flirt with you? If so, you might be using a slightly different definition of "didn't work." lol

LOL. Oh I see. I hear ya there. But I think that's the old quantity vs. quality dilemma. I used to use online personals (other dating sites) a bunch and quickly discovered that the only thing anyone can hope to get from any of them is quantity. Quality can't be determined until down the road no matter what the approach.

No matter, I suspect the days of having any real need to use them here are behind you anyway. 😉

no. I've given up on the internet for meeting people. for most it just makes people insensative because they figure they can treat someone like crap because the other person can't see their picture or whatever
