I do actually. Yes to both questions.

Recipes I can't give away. They are handed down to me through my grandmother and her's before her. A long line of cooks/bakers I come from lol. But I made peanut butter filled cupcakes with mocha icing the other day that were amazing. Today I am making strawberry cheesecake cupcakes with creamcheese filling. Again. Made them before and they rocked.

As far as tips, don't over think it. The easiest way is to stuff a plastic bag with your icing and cut the tip of it off. That's how I frost my cupcakes. You don't want to overdo it, as when it comes to filling, a little bit really does go a long way.
