Yes, he was. It happened in two stages. First he was banned from the P&R Forum for responding to other people's posts with personal attacks instead of arguing against their views. Then he posted something in General Discussion that belonged in the P&R Forum. If you do that after being banned from the P&R Forum, then you are totally banned from the TMF. 😱
