Very well, if held in place securely (such as by an Ace bandage). 😀

On one notable occasion, Mistress Kassandra took a sweaty sock directly off of her foot, turned it inside-out so that the part that had been against her sole was exposed, ordered me to stick my tongue out, wrapped that part of the sock around my tongue, jammed the whole sock into my mouth, and secured it with an Ace bandage. Wonderful experience!

I have thin apartment walls, and I tend to be a screamer. I've never been gagged.
