I despise all the teams from New York as well. If I had to pick, I would choose Pittsburgh over NEW YORK. 😀

I only hate one team, so all of my sports hatred in concentrated in one place. Every time they fly somewhere on a road trip, I am rooting for their plane to CRASH.

A lot of it goes back to them referring to themselves as "America's Team, and people didn't like THAT. 😀

On a smaller scale, I found the Marlins offensive when they called themselves "Florida Marlins," thereby appropriating the whole state. Now they are more sensible and go by "Miami Marlins." Most offensive of all, to me, is the SF baseball team, which is EVIL INCARNATE.
